An Aurora Bail Bondsman Accepts Responsibility For His Client

When an Aurora bail bondsman arranges for his client’s release from custody, he is taking on the responsibility for seeing that that client appears for any future appointed court dates.

If an Aurora bail bondsman suspects that a client is planning to take off, he may revoke the bond. If the client does flee the jurisdiction to escape prosecution, the bondsman is obligated to bring him back to face charges. Any expenses incurred in the process will be paid by the client, or a co-signer of the original bail bond agreement.
